Sing With Us
Enjoy singing? Looking for someplace, other than the shower to sing? How about a great group of people to spend time with? Then look no further... Worthington Chorus is for you! The Worthington Chorus is welcoming new members for our upcoming season.
The first rehearsal is January 10th. We meet on Sundays at 6:45 PM in the community room of Park National Bank, 7140 North High St., Worthington. Rehearsals are 2 hours each Sunday, and additional Wednesday night rehearsals will begin in February. Come to our open rehearsals to get a feel for the group. The close of membership for the June show is January 31st.
Update to Membership Policy
Traditionally, we have not required auditions, but this year we have initiated a new policy. An audition is required for new members.
Prospective members, please be at ease. This new process is really more of a screening than an audition. Nearly all of the singers that have joined in the past have fit right in, and our director estimates that about 49 out of 50 people who audition will be accepted. In other words, if you want to sing with us, it's highly likely you will be accepted into the chorus. We are serious about making our performances good as possible, but we are not fanatics!
